Questions
The redesigned 2020 and later W-4 revisions are supported. The extractor records the printed form year and revision and does not infer legacy personal allowances.
One Excel workbook with a W-4 Forms sheet (one row per form: employee name, address, SSN, filing status, Step 2(c) checkbox, Step 3 credits, other income, deductions, extra withholding, employer info, signature and date, form revision) plus w4-forms.csv and w4-forms.json.
Pages with only instructions, worksheets, or tables are skipped automatically - only completed form content produces rows.
Yes. Files are read on our own servers, never sent to third parties, never used for training, and auto-deleted 7 days after the job finishes.
