Billing & Cancellation Policy

1. Plans and credit packs

Free currently includes 50 credits per calendar month, added when an eligible user first checks or uses their balance that month. Free/promotional credits have no cash value and may change prospectively.

Pro is $19 per month and currently includes 2,000 credits per successfully paid monthly period plus priority processing. It begins at checkout and automatically renews monthly at $19 until canceled. Failed payment may result in retries, suspension, or return to Free.

One-time packs are currently 500 credits for $5, 1,200 for $10, 3,000 for $20, and 8,000 for $45. Purchased pack credits do not expire under the current Service. The checkout price controls if a later published update differs from this page.

2. Tool charges and failures

Tool pages state their credit rate and minimum. Before a job, the Service estimates the charge from submitted files/settings and holds those credits. If the job reports failure, held credits return automatically to your 42tools balance; this is not a cash refund. Contact support with the job ID about an incorrect charge.

3. Cancellation

Cancel Pro at any time by selecting Manage billing in your account and completing cancellation in the Stripe customer portal. You may also email support@42tools.com from your account email. Cancel before the next renewal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. You keep Pro through that date and are not charged for later periods.

Canceling does not delete your account. Request account deletion separately through support@42tools.com.

4. Refunds

Except where law or checkout says otherwise, subscription charges and completed pack purchases are final and are not prorated or refundable merely because credits are unused or cancellation follows renewal. We correct duplicate charges, unauthorized charges for which we are responsible, and verified billing errors. Nothing limits a refund, withdrawal, cancellation, or chargeback right provided by law.

For review, email support with account email, charge date, amount, and reason. Never send a full card number or payment credential.

5. Price changes, taxes, and support

A checkout price is fixed for that transaction. Future prices may change. An active subscription price changes only on a future renewal after legally required advance notice, allowing cancellation first. Stripe discloses applicable taxes at checkout.
