Questions
All of them. There are no per-supplier templates — a vision model reads each page the way a person would, so any layout works: digital PDFs, scans, phone photos, single-page or multi-page, and credit notes.
One Excel workbook with an Invoices sheet (a keyed row per invoice: supplier, invoice number, dates, PO reference, currency, subtotal, taxes, total, payment terms, confidence note) and a Line items sheet (every item keyed to its invoice with quantity, unit price, and amount, citing source file and page), plus invoice-headers.csv, invoice-line-items.csv, and invoices.json for integrators.
The value is left blank and a short flag is added to that invoice's confidence note — e.g. "due date unreadable". Nothing is invented, and totals that don't reconcile are flagged rather than silently repaired.
A multi-page PDF is treated as one invoice: header fields are merged across its pages, rows reprinted across page boundaries are dropped, and subtotal plus taxes is checked against the total. Each standalone image or zip entry is its own invoice.
