Questions
One row per receipt: purchase date, merchant name, a suggested expense category, currency, the grand total, the tax printed on the receipt, the payment method, and a Source column naming the file or zip entry it came from. You get both an .xlsx and a .csv.
Yes - each image is read by a vision model the way a person would read it. Faded thermal paper and odd angles usually still work; anything genuinely unreadable is left blank rather than guessed, and rows that don't add up get a validation note.
Yes. Type your category list or scheme (e.g. Schedule C lines) into the instructions box and each receipt is filed against it.
Refund receipts come out as negative totals. Every row carries an ISO currency code (USD, EUR, JPY…), inferred from the symbol and locale on the receipt - amounts are never converted, so your sheet shows exactly what each receipt says.
Yes. Files are read on our own servers, never sent to a third-party AI cloud, never used for training, and auto-deleted 7 days after the job finishes.
