One Excel workbook with a Pay Stubs summary sheet and a Line Items sheet, plus pay-stubs.csv, pay-stub-line-items.csv, and pay-stubs.json. The detail rows preserve printed earnings, taxes, deductions, employer contributions, current and YTD amounts, hours, and rates.
Yes. Printed summary YTD totals are included on the Pay Stubs sheet, while each printed earning, tax, deduction, or employer-contribution YTD amount is kept on its matching Line Items row.
Yes. Pay stubs contain sensitive financial and personal information. Files are read on our own servers, never sent to third parties, never used for training, and auto-deleted 7 days after the job finishes.
