No. Start and end times are copied from your source file unchanged, so the translated subtitles stay in sync with the video. If a translation is too long for its cue, it is re-wrapped to standard two-line subtitle shape and, when needed, split into shorter cues inside the same time window.
Yes. Add guidance like "keep product names in English", "use formal address", or "Latin American Spanish". Guidance shapes word choice and tone; it never drops or condenses any cue.
20 credits per subtitle file, whatever its length. That is both the minimum and the whole price; there is no per-minute meter.
Yes. Files run on our own servers, are never used to train a model, and are auto-deleted 7 days after the job finishes.
No. This tool reads and writes subtitle files only, and 42tools never outputs video files. If you only have the video, generate a subtitle file from it first, then translate that file here.
