Pages render at 150 dpi, so a standard A4 or letter page comes out around 1240 x 1754 pixels — crisp on screens, in slides, and for everyday printing.
JPG produces much smaller files and is right for scanned pages, photos, and anything you'll share in chat or on social media. PNG is lossless — pick it for pages with fine text, line art, or diagrams where JPG compression would show.
One PDF page gives you a bare image named after your file. Two pages or more give you a single zip named after your file, with one numbered image per page (page-001, page-002, ...) so they sort in page order everywhere.
