How do I control the page order?

Pages follow your upload order: every page of the first file, then every page of the second, and so on. Upload the files in the order you want them to appear in the merged document.

No AI model reads your files - the conversion is fully deterministic. Pages are copied from your uploads into one document, and the same input always produces the same output.

Will the merged PDF lose quality?

No. Pages are copied, not re-rendered or recompressed, so fonts, images, and selectable text come through exactly as they were in the originals, and mixed page sizes stay as-is. Document-level extras such as bookmarks and saved form data from the originals are not carried into the merged file.

What happens with password-protected PDFs?

The job stops and tells you which upload is password-protected so you can remove the password and try again. No merged file is produced until every upload can be opened.

Are my documents private?

Yes. Merging runs on our own servers, your files are never sent to a third party, and they are auto-deleted 7 days after the job finishes.
