How it works
1Upload one recordingDrop in an MP3, M4A, WAV, AAC, FLAC, OGG, OPUS, or WMA file up to 500 MB and enter the start and end times of the section you want to keep.
2We cut exactly that sectionThe audio between your times is kept and re-encoded in the same format you uploaded, with the cuts placed at the times you entered. No AI model touches your audio - the trim is fully deterministic.
3Download the clipOne file named after the original - episode.mp3 → episode-trimmed.mp3 - holding just the section between your start and end times.

Questions
As h:mm:ss, mm:ss, or plain seconds - 1:30 and 90 both mean one minute thirty. You can add milliseconds with a dot, like 1:30.250. The start defaults to 0:00, so leaving it alone trims from the beginning; the end time is required. Everything from the start time up to the end time is kept.
No - the clip comes back in the format you uploaded: MP3 stays MP3, WAV stays WAV, and so on. Two exceptions: AAC comes back as M4A, and OPUS or WMA come back as MP3. The section is re-encoded to place the cut exactly where you asked, so a compressed format is re-compressed once - keep your original if you may need it again.
The job stops with a clear message telling you the range is outside the recording, so you can correct the end time and run it again. Nothing partial is produced.
A flat 2 credits per file. One upload, one trimmed clip, 2 credits - regardless of how long the recording or the clip is.
No. No AI model touches your audio - the trim is fully deterministic. The same file and the same times always produce the same clip.
Yes. The trim runs on our own servers, your files are never sent to a third party or used to train a model, and everything is auto-deleted 7 days after the job finishes.
