check_circleEqual parts at the exact length you set, in order
check_circleThe last part holds whatever remains — nothing is dropped
check_circleSame format out as in — MP3 stays MP3, WAV stays WAV
check_circleParts named after your file: lecture-part01, lecture-part02, …
check_circleOne part downloads on its own; more come back as one zip

How it works

1Upload one recordingDrop in an audio file up to 500 MB — MP3, M4A, WAV, AAC, FLAC, OGG, OPUS, or WMA — and set how many minutes each part should be.
2We cut it into equal partsThe recording is split at exact time marks into parts of the length you set, with the last part holding the remainder. No AI model touches your audio — the split is fully deterministic.
3Download the partsParts keep your upload's format and name — lecture-part01.mp3, lecture-part02.mp3, and so on. A single part downloads on its own; more come back as one zip.

Who uses this tool

PODCASTING
Under the upload cap
A long episode or raw session splits into parts that fit a host's per-file upload limit without re-encoding tricks.
EDUCATION
Lectures in sittable pieces
A 90-minute lecture becomes 10-minute parts students can work through one at a time instead of scrubbing a single long file.
TEAMS & MEETINGS
Share a call in chat
Meeting audio split into short parts posts straight into Slack, Teams, or WhatsApp, where one big file would be rejected.
JOURNALISM
Interviews in review chunks
Cut a long interview into equal chapters so each reviewer takes a part and nobody hunts through two hours of audio.
LEGAL & COMPLIANCE
Recordings sized for review
Split a long deposition or call recording into fixed-length parts for the case file, so citations point to a part and a moment.
MUSIC & AUDIO
Rehearsals cut for sharing
A full rehearsal recording splits into equal takes you can send to bandmates without shipping the whole session.

Questions

You set a part length in minutes and the recording is cut into equal pieces of exactly that length, in order. The last part holds whatever remains — a 47-minute file at 10 minutes per part gives four 10-minute parts plus a final 7-minute part. Nothing is dropped.
