How it works
1Upload one recordingDrop in an audio file up to 500 MB - MP3, M4A, WAV, AAC, FLAC, OGG, OPUS, or WMA - and set how many minutes each part should be.
2We cut it into equal partsThe recording is split at exact time marks into parts of the length you set, with the last part holding the remainder. No AI model touches your audio - the split is fully deterministic.
3Download the partsParts keep your upload's format and name - lecture-part01.mp3, lecture-part02.mp3, and so on. A single part downloads on its own; more come back as one zip.

Questions
You set a part length in minutes and the recording is cut into equal pieces of exactly that length, in order. The last part holds whatever remains - a 47-minute file at 10 minutes per part gives four 10-minute parts plus a final 7-minute part. Nothing is dropped.
No. Cuts land at exact time marks - every 10 minutes means exactly every 10 minutes - so a part can end mid-word or mid-sentence. If you need a cut at a precise moment instead of equal intervals, trim the file instead.
The same one you uploaded: MP3 in gives MP3 parts, WAV gives WAV, FLAC gives FLAC, and M4A or AAC gives M4A. OPUS and WMA uploads come back as MP3 parts, since those containers do not re-cut cleanly.
A flat 2 credits per uploaded file, no matter how long the recording is or how many parts it produces. Splitting a 3-hour recording costs the same 2 credits as splitting a 20-minute one.
No. No AI model touches your audio - the split is fully deterministic. The same file and part length always produce the same parts.
Yes. The split runs on our own servers, your files are never sent to a third party or used to train a model, and everything is auto-deleted 7 days after the job finishes.
