Transcribe your interview recording
Get a verbatim transcript of your interview to read and pull quotes from, delivered as TXT and DOCX. Speaker labels are not offered yet, so this is a working transcript for your own use, not a certified one - you will recognize who is speaking from context.

Questions
Common audio formats: MP3, M4A, WAV, AAC, FLAC, OGG, OPUS, and WMA. One recording per job, up to 500 MB and about 4 hours of audio - longer recordings are rejected up front with a clear message. If your recording is a video file, use our video to text tool instead - it extracts the audio track first.
No. You get the spoken words as recognized, verbatim and in order, grouped into readable paragraphs. There are no timestamps and no speaker names, so it is best for capturing what was said rather than who said it or exactly when.
No. It transcribes the speech as spoken, not a shortened version. Nothing is condensed or reworded, so the transcript reflects the actual words in the recording.
Transcription is 5 credits per minute of audio. Because the length is not known until the file is processed, the upfront hold is estimated from file size at a typical bitrate for the format (about 1 MB per minute for MP3 audio, more for WAV or FLAC), so a typical minute works out to about 5 credits. The minimum is 5 credits.
Yes. Recordings run on our own servers, are never used to train any model, and are auto-deleted 7 days after the job finishes.
