How it works
1Upload your leasesDrop in one lease PDF or a zip of the whole portfolio - scans and digital exports both work. Optionally point out what matters most to you.
2Page-faithful reading, cited extractionEvery page is transcribed with its section numbering intact, then each lease is abstracted term by term - rent, escalations, options, deadlines - with a citation on every value and "not addressed" where the lease is silent.
3Download the abstractsPer lease: an Excel abstract with Terms and Key dates sheets, a key-dates CSV, and a DOCX summary whose every paragraph cites its clause.

Questions
Every term and every key date carries a citation to the section or paragraph it came from - "§ 4.2", "Article 7(b)", or the nearest heading and page when the lease isn't numbered. You can check any value against the lease in seconds.
The abstract says "not addressed" with an empty citation, and the DOCX summary lists those items under "Not addressed in this lease". Nothing is ever inferred or filled in from typical market terms.
If the lease states both the anchor date and the offset, the date is computed and normalized to YYYY-MM-DD. Otherwise the Key dates sheet keeps the date blank and carries the lease's own wording as the rule - those unresolved deadlines are listed after the dated ones.
No, and every file says so: the abstract is an organizational aid, not legal advice. It reports what clauses say without characterizing enforceability, fairness, or risk - have a lawyer verify anything you intend to rely on.
Yes. Files are processed on our own servers, never sent to a third-party AI cloud, never used for training, and auto-deleted 7 days after the job finishes.
