What terms does it pull out?

A fixed checklist per contract: the parties and their roles, effective and expiration dates, term length, each party's key obligations, payment terms and amounts, renewal provisions and notice windows, termination rights, liability caps, indemnities, confidentiality, and governing law and venue. Every found term cites the section or clause it came from, and anything the contract doesn't cover appears as "not addressed" - never a guessed default.

What counts as a red flag?

Clauses that materially disadvantage a party - uncapped liability, unilateral price or term changes, one-sided indemnities, evergreen renewals with short notice windows - plus anything you ask it to watch for in the instructions box. Each flag cites its clause with a one-sentence plain-language explanation, and nothing is flagged that isn't in the text.

Is this legal advice?

No. It's an organizational aid that helps you find and compare what a contract says - both the workbook and the summary carry a fixed note that a lawyer should verify the terms before you rely on them.

Can I run several contracts at once?
