No - that is the whole point. Every line is transcribed from the uploaded SDS and cited to its section number, and anything the sheet does not state is marked "not stated". Nothing is filled in from general chemical knowledge.
No. Each card carries a fixed footer stating it is a convenience summary and that the full Safety Data Sheet remains the authoritative document. Keep the full sheets in your binder; post the cards where people actually look.
