Questions
Contacts are matched by email first, then by phone number and name, then by name and company. Matches are merged into one row — each copy fills in fields the other was missing — and the Source column lists every scan the contact appeared in.
Yes. Alongside the CSV you get a contacts.vcf in vCard 3.0 format, which Google Contacts, Outlook, iOS, and Android all accept — open it on your phone and every contact imports at once.
Nothing is invented: unreadable fields are left blank rather than guessed, and anything that looks off — a partial email, a URL typo, an implausible phone number — is kept but flagged in the Validation notes column. Handwritten additions like "met at booth 12" land in the Notes column.
Processed on our own servers, never used to train any model, deleted 7 days after your job completes.
